During the Hajj season, hotel management at Makkah and Madinah hotel rooms are reconfigured to accommodate the hujjaj: Double rooms are converted to triple, and triple rooms are converted to quad by adding rollaway beds. Thus, rooms space will be tighter than what is reflected on the hotel websites.

During our Hajj 2024 experience, you will be based at the European section of Mina, which is a plain within the bounds of the sanctuary of Makkah. Our upgraded, premium tents are around 1.8 miles (3km) away from the Jamarats. Offering some of the best service available during the days of Hajj, you will have access to individually controlled air conditioned tents, sofa-beds, pillows, blankets, bed sheets, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, indoor lighting, access to power points, and much more.
